Motion by the respondent for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated September 12, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 14, 2018, and the respondent's brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
