On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 19, 2017, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto."
