ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated February 9, 2018 shall be heard together with the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated April 11, 2017 and October 24, 2017 and said appeals may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to June 11, 2018.
