Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 12, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order is deemed to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 12, 2018 (see CPLR 5512[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
