ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 13, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 8, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "June 14, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "November 8, 2017."
