Appeals by Luis Herranz from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated January 3, 2018. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Susan Gerner dated March 13, 2018, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
