It is Ordered that the respondent-appellant's motion seeking to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted. Respondent-appellant shall perfect the appeal by no later than the September 2018 term - the filing deadline for which is July 10, 2018. In all other respects the prior Order of this Court, dated July 28, 2016, remains in full force and effect.
No further enlargement of time shall be granted.
In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-landlord may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
