DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 2016, inter alia, to be provided with the audiotapes of certain proceedings, and, in effect, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to certain proceedings which occurred on July 14, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to certain proceedings which occurred on July 14, 2016, is denied as unnecessary in light of the representation of the Family Court, Kings County, that the minutes for the proceeding which occurred on July 14, 2016, from 2:31pm to 2:43 pm, are available; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
