Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 20, 2017, and an order of the same court entered March 10, 2017, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the judgment. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is granted and the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until May 21, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal from the order is enlarged until May 21, 2018.
