Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 23, 2017, for failure to timely perfect and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
