The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Kamil Podmalovsky, Appellant.

Motion by respondent on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered November 30, 2016, to extend the time to serve and file opposition to a motion by appellant to, among other things, strike the respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot, as appellant's motion was determined by decision and order of this court dated March 7, 2018.
