Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action under Index No. 9880/12 pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 18, 2017, to strike the note of issue and certificate of readiness in the above-entitled action under Index No. 9880/12, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered July 18, 2017, and to consolidate that appeal with appeals from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 24, 2013, and June 8, 2016, respectively, in the above-entitled action under Index No. 10206/12.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered July 18, 2017, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until June 18, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
