Application by Katina Natasha Fortunato, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 27, 2016, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Katina Fortunato Baren.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Katina Natasha Fortunato to Katina Fortunato Baren, effective immediately.
