Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 6, 2017, and November 27, 2017, respectively, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated October 6, 2017, and direct his release from incarceration, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
