Appeal by the Board of Assessors and/or the Assessor of the Town of Islip and Board of Assessment Review from a determination of a hearing officer in a special proceeding for small claims assessment review, pursuant to Real Property Tax Law article 7, title 1-A, dated February 5, 2018.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a determination of a hearing officer in a special proceeding for small claims assessment review, pursuant to Real Property Tax Law article 7, title 1-A (see Real Property Tax Law § 736).
