Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents City of New York, New York City Department of Education, and Board of Education of the City of New York to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 29, 2018, and brief of the respondents City of New York, New York City Department of Education, and Board of Education of the City of New York shall be served and filed on or before that date.
