On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 16, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 20, 2017, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto," and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
