Motion by Ildiko Nyari for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated January 4, 2018, which granted the plaintiffs' motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 7, 2017, as untimely taken.
