Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from an amended judgment and a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered October 14, 2015, for leave to reargue his prior motion to be provided with additional documents. Separate motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant pro se's motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted and the respondent's brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
