Appellants Julie Curtis (improperly sued herein as Judy Curtis) and Mid-Erie Counseling Treatment Center having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on July 6, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Arianna Kwiatkowski, Esq., received April 11, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 20, 2018, is hereby amended as it relates to Julie Curtis and Mid-Erie Counseling Center, by deleting the date April 16, 2018, and inserting in its place the date May 1, 2018.
