Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 6, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered September 8, 2017, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 12, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment on or before May 30, 2018.
