Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 19, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 22, 2017, as amended September 12, 2017, and December 11, 2017, the trial in the above-entitled action was stayed on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before January 10, 2018. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay of trial granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 22, 2017, as amended September 12, 2017, and December 11, 2017, is vacated forthwith.
