| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 2, 2017. Cross motion by the respondent-appellant and the respondent, inter alia, for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the sale or conveyance of the subject premises, located at 820 East 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY, Block 6495, lot 36, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
