Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 10, 2017. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

ORDERED that the application is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]).
