ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 27, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 20, 2016, July 27, 2016, and March 30, 2017, respectively, and a cross appeal from the order entered June 20, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
