(M-1027), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that defendants' motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2018 Term (M-719). Plaintiff's cross motion to dismiss the appeal is granted unless the appeal is perfected for said September 2018 Term.
