Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of
time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 1, 2017,
and for a stay of enforcement of a sanctions judgment, dated May 1, 2017, pending determination of the appeal, and for poor person relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to
the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent
of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the October 2018 Term. So much of the motion which seeks a stay of enforcement
of the sanctions judgment, entered on or about May 1, 2017, is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected for said October 2018 Term. The motion is otherwise denied. ENTERED: May 3, 2018
