Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay enforcement of a stated portion of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered April 28, 2016, and to stay certain proceedings in the Family Court, Suffolk County, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeal from the judgment, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and cross appeal.
