Appellant having appealed to this court from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 9, 2016, the appeal having been placed on the May 2, 2018 Ready Day Calendar, and this court having been notified that there is a stay in effect as a result of a March 13, 2018 liquidation order of the District Court of Travis County, Texas,
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is stricken from the May 2, 2018 Ready Day Calendar and held in abeyance pending the resolution of the liquidation proceeding.
Counsel are reminded of their continuing obligation, pursuant to the Rules of the Appellate Terms (22 NYCRR) § 730.3 (f), to advise the court of any change of status of the liquidation proceeding.
