Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in support of the cross motions, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to July 2, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to file a joint appendix and joint record on appeal is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated January 21, 2018 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal, brief and appendix, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs, unless appellants shall file and serve a record on appeal and brief on or before July 2, 2018, in which event the cross motions to dismiss are denied.
