Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 8, 2017, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 16, 2017, and extended by decisions and orders on motion of this court dated November 13, 2017, and February 14, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as appellant timely perfected the appeal on April 6, 2018, as directed in this court's decision and order on motion dated February 14, 2018.
