ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 27, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 24, 2017, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Oritz" and substituting therefor the name "Ortiz."
