Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 6, 2017. Separate motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a supplemental brief, solely addressing issues raised in the appellants' supplemental brief, not to exceed 10 pages in length, is enlarged until May 18, 2018, and the respondent's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until June 1, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
