Appeal by Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated February 28, 2018. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Lawrence M. Moore, dated April 24, 2018, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Amanda Poland is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) the respondent Amanda Poland is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Amanda Poland is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
