Motion by the respondent, inter alia, in effect, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 5, 2016, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 31, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
