Motion by the appellant to make the caption anonymous and seal the briefs and original papers on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 1, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the caption is amended accordingly, the briefs shall be filed under seal with the Clerk of this Court for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and the briefs shall be sealed upon delivery, and the original papers previously filed with this Court are sealed.
