Appeal by Irvin B. Anderson from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 14, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 5, 2018, enforcement of the order was stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before April 4, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 5, 2018, is vacated forthwith.
