DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 13, 2018, and to release the subject child to the care and custody of the father, with supervised visitation to the mother, pursuant to the terms of an order of the same court dated April 4, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated April 13, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order dated April 13, 2018, is stayed, and the care and custody of the subject child is continued with the father, with supervised visitation to the mother, pursuant to the terms of the order dated April 4, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated April 13, 2018.
