Motion by the respondent for an expedited briefing schedule and, in effect, for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 8, 2017, and an order of the same court entered March 19, 2018. Cross motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment and to consolidate the appeals from the judgment and the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the cross motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until July 9, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]).
