Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 2, 2017, and from an order of the same Court and Justice, entered on or about February 5, 2018, And defendants-appellants having moved to consolidate the aforesaid appeals and for an enlargement of time to perfect same,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting appellants to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellant points covering the consolidated appeals.
