An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 25, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of all proceedings, including trial, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, to the extent that the trial is stayed pending determination of the appeal. The scheduled appearance for an Early Settlement Conference on May 18, 2018 is, however, not subject to the stay. ENTERED: May 10, 2018
