Defendant having moved, through privately retained counsel, Steven Hoffner, Esq., for limited poor person relief as to the preparation of the record on appeal so as not to require the printing of multiple copies of said record, in the prosecution of the appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 20, 2017,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the appeal to be perfected without filing multiple copies of the record.
