Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 19, 2016, and February 15, 2017, and respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered February 15, 2017 (CAF 17-00463), and to consolidate the appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary P. Davison, Esq., dated April 9, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken under Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 17-00463 is granted, and respondent-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before June 29, 2018, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is denied.
