DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 15, 2016, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2018, and for leave to serve and file a replacement Volume I of the record on appeal to correct certain pagination problems.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2018, is enlarged until June 11, 2018, and the appellant shall serve and file a replacement Volume I of the record on appeal on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before June 11, 2018, in the event that the references to Volume I do not correspond to the replacement Volume I; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 11, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
