The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Settu Fallah-Braimah, Appellant.

By decision and order of this court dated October 26, 2017, this court reversed a judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Freeport, Nassau County, rendered September 23, 2015, and, among other things, ordered that the fines and surcharges be remitted.

Now, upon the Decision and Order dated October 26, 2017, it is hereby

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the New York State Comptroller's office is directed to remit the fine and surcharge imposed by the Justice Court to defendant forthwith.
