DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| 10 Stratford Associates, Respondent, v Floretta Neverson, Appellant, et al., Undertenants. |
Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 1, 2016. The order denied appellant's motion to stay the execution of a warrant in a holdover summary proceeding.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as appellant has been evicted.
It is noted that appellant's separate appeal from a subsequent order denying her motion to be restored to possession has been dismissed for failure to perfect.
