appeals from an order, same Court and Justice, entered on or about July 18, 2016, And defendant-appellant-respondent, J. Construction Company, LLC, having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect its appeal and plaintiff-respondent-appellant's cross appeal from the order entered on or about July 16, 2015, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal from the July 16, 2015 order to the November 2018 Term. Sua sponte, the time to perfect the appeal from the August 12, 2015 order is likewise enlarged to said November 2018 Term; and the Clerk is
