Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 13, 2017, and from the order and judgment of said Court, entered on or about July 24, 2017, And defendant-appellant Pushpa Chauhan having moved to stay the foreclosure sale pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the order and judgment entered on or about July 24, 2017,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated December 18, 2017, is vacated.
