| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated July 7, 2017, to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 15, 2016, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the order to be filed in connection with the judgment, and, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged, the appeals are consolidated, and on or before June 14, 2018, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment.
