Motion by the appellants to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 27, 2017, and a judgment of the same court also entered June 27, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the sale of the subject premises, located at 281 Mott Avenue, Lawrence, New York 11559, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
